Location of apt. 1803: Air on Broadbeach has 34 floors, and apt. 1803 is on level 18 - the effective height is 22 floors (because 4 floors of the Oasis shopping centre are under the apartment block). This broadbeach apartment has 2 side-by-side car parks in the basement.

Balcony - our 2 brm apartment 1803 is a "Q" style apt. - there are only 7 in the building, and their balconies are some 15m long; their balconies are the longest in the building facing the sea. Few Q style apartments are available for rent (most are owner occupied).

Dimensions: our 2 brm apartment is 144 sq.m. with huge lounge/dining room, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath - not all 2 brm apartments in the building have baths).
