Situated on a peaceful wide canal in Broadbeach Waters, Kamala House is just minutes from Main River. This contemporary holiday home is a spacious four bedroom residence. The main bedroom with ensuite features water views and direct access to outdoor living spaces plus air con. There is a second bedroom also with ensuite and air con, and two additional bedrooms which have direct access to the pool area share an air con. Also available to ensure a stress-free holiday are a gas bbq, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and lock-up garage.
The house is perfectly suited to accomodate two families of 4 or up to 10 adults.
Wooden bi-fold doors allow seamless indoor-outdoor living and let the cool sea-breeze flow though the house on hot summer days.
When its still to hot just try the air cons in the bedrooms.
There are two separate outdoor living areas allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy. The main outdoor entertaining area is focused around the swimming pool and features an outdoor bar and dining area. The pool is fenced and safe for children and the balcony is secured by gates to the canal.
The waterfront deck is a perfect area to relax and entertain. Enjoy cooking on the bbq whilst watching the kids play on the sandy beach below. Why not pick some fresh mangoes off the tree!
ATTENTION TO DETAIL...
Guests will be welcomed on arrival and given a brief tour of the facilities and then left to enjoy their holiday.
For those who enjoy culinary pleasures we are sure you will be pleased to find the espresso machine, blender and various other gadgets in the kitchen.
The house also features three DVD players and three flat screen tv's, as well as an i-pod speaker. The kids will also be happy playing on the Playstation or watching their favourite movie.

Kamala House is just five minutes drive to the famous kilometres of golden beaches, Pacific Fair and world-class golfing facilities. It is also within easy reach of the theme-parks for which the Gold Coast is renowned.
For those guests who enjoy quiet afternoons with the kids, the house is just a 200-metre walk to a beautiful waterside park and playground and corner store and pizza shop.
