Broadbeach Holiday Rentals is independent of the Management Company in the Phoenician Resort. We manage privately owned apartments in this Resort on behalf of the owners and bring to you direct from the owners more affordable rates. You have access to all the amenities in the Resort and enjoy some of the best located rooms in this resort.CLEAN SPACIOUS ROOMS Public Phone, Tour Phone and Internet facilities available in the North Tower Foyer - no phone line in units. We are a registered licenced Real Estate Holder, all guests monies are held in a QLD Real estate Trust A/C as approved by Office of Fair Trading, Queensland.

* 4 Bedroom 2 bath holiday house (sleeps 8 -10)
NB: The calendar shows a vacancy until ALL units are filled, all types of units may not be available at time of request.
- FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENS -LAUNDRY -AIR CON - LARGE OPEN SUNNY BALCONYS. minimum $200.00 deposit cash or credit card = to secure reservation and balance is payable on arrival.
